Amanda Beepat
Managing Director
Amanda Beepat serves as the Managing Director of Allied Insurance Brokers, where she leads the company’s strategy and development with a strong focus on sustainable growth and regulatory excellence. With over 33 years at Allied Insurance Brokers and 35 years of industry experience, Amanda brings deep institutional knowledge and a steady, strategic perspective to the organization.
She is highly regarded for her strengths in regulatory compliance, analytical evaluation, negotiation, and claims management, ensuring that the company consistently meets industry standards while delivering value to clients. In her role, Amanda provides overall oversight of the business, guiding strategic direction and ensuring that operational and financial objectives are achieved.
Amanda’s areas of expertise include insurance strategy, financial management, and enterprise leadership, supported by her Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) designation. Her leadership continues to shape Allied Insurance Brokers’ reputation for integrity, professionalism, and client-focused service.
Camile Coore serves as Assistant General Manager – Underwriting & A+ IS, where she leads the General Sales, Claims & A+ Insurance teams. She is a highly experienced insurance professional with 30 years of expertise in technical brokering and complex risk placement. With 24 years at Allied Insurance Brokers, she provides critical technical leadership across underwriting, reinsurance, and international insurance operations.
She oversees large local and regional insurance portfolios, and manages Lloyd’s of London coverholder operations, including multi-country placements. She also leads service teams with programme design, ensuring policy documentation accuracy and strategic alignment across diverse risk environments.
Camile holds a BSc in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies and is both an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) and a Chartered Insurance Broker. She is affiliated with the Chartered Insurance Institute of London and brings regional and international expertise gained through UWI’s 16-country programme and Lloyd’s of London exposure.
Deneille Williams
Employee Benefits Manager
Deneille Williams serves as Employee Benefits Manager, where she leads the Employee Benefits Team, driving strategic portfolio growth and operational excellence. She has 24 years of industry experience, specializing in group health, life, international medical, pension, and personal accident solutions.
Renowned for her analytical strength and leadership capability, Deneille leads high-performing teams, delivers innovative benefit strategies, and enhances value for large corporate and institutional clients. Her work consistently supports exceptional retention and long-term client success.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) – University of London and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) – University of Technology, Jamaica. She is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI), and possesses multiple professional insurance and leadership certifications: College of Insurance & Professional Studies (CIPS), Ordinary Long Term (OLT) / Sickness & Health, Accident Insurance, and Professional Certifications: Supervisory Management (2020), Customer Service.
Rachael Brown-Dawes
Rachael Brown serves as Claims Manager and Attorney-at-Law at Allied Insurance Brokers, bringing over 11 years of industry experience and a strong legal foundation to the claims function. With 3 years at Allied Insurance Brokers, she plays a critical role in managing complex claims and legal matters while advocating firmly on behalf of clients.
Rachael oversees the claims team and coordinates closely with insurers, loss adjusters, and key stakeholders throughout the claims process. Her expertise in law, insurance, and personal injury enables her to negotiate settlements effectively while ensuring that claims are handled with diligence, fairness, and precision.
She holds an LLB and Legal Education Certificate, is a trained mediator, and is admitted as an Attorney-at-Law. Rachael is also a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, further reinforcing her professional standing and commitment to legal excellence.
Tamika Harrison
Operations Manager
Tamika Harrison serves as Operations Manager at Allied Insurance Brokers, bringing 16 years of industry experience, all of which have been spent with the organization. Her career progression reflects a deep understanding of both underwriting and core brokerage operations, providing her with a well-rounded, enterprise-level perspective of the business.
Previously part of the Coverholder underwriting team, Tamika played a key role in relationship management, compliance oversight, reporting, and the development of underwriting rating matrices. In her current role, she oversees the company’s operational team, leading the Corporate Sales processing and Personal Lines departments. She also contributes to the AIB Tender Team and supports the management of the GraceKennedy Group general insurance portfolio.
Tamika’s areas of expertise include product design, process flow review and documentation, and people management, supported by her professional licensing across liability, accident and health, motor, property, pecuniary, and marine insurance. She is certified by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and is widely regarded for her operational leadership, team engagement, and commitment to efficiency and compliance.
