Assistant General Manager – Underwriting & A+ Insurance Solutions
Camile joined Allied Insurance Brokers Limited in February 2002 and has been promoted through various positions to her current role of Assistant General Manager – Underwriting & A+ Insurance Solutions. With over (20) years of service in the industry, Camile’s keen eye for detail has proven invaluable to the team, and she is always willing to assist and has a passion for problem solving, training and development. She is outgoing, loves music, playing dominoes and bridge. Camile holds a Bachelors of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Management Studies (minor in Accounting) from the University of the West Indies, Camile and is also anAssociate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London. She holds the designation of Chartered Insurance Broker. She has received extensive training in reinsurance and brokering through an internship at BMS Risk Solutions, London.
Deneille Williams
Employee Benefits Manager
Deneille Williams is the Employee Benefits Manager with over 24 years of experience in employee benefits, including group health, life, international medical, personal accident, and pension solutions. She specializes in driving strategic growth, optimizing client portfolios, and leading high‑performing teams to deliver exceptional service and results.
Deneille has worked extensively with large associations, government and quasi‑government agencies, telecommunications, BPOs, hospitality, and manufacturing clients, and has led the implementation of the large retirement health schemes of over 8,000 members. She holds an LLB, BBA, and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI).
Rachael Brown-Dawes
Claims Manager
Rachael has over (7) years of experience in the industry, she manages the Claims Department and ensures her team carries out their responsibility of resolving claims while ensuring customer service standards are met and exceeded. She also provides guidance on the legal aspects of claims and any other legal matters that may arise. She holds a Degree of Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Leeds and is a practicing Attorney-at-Law for (9) years. She is also a Trained Mediator.
Tamika Harrison
Operations Manager
Tamika Harrison joined Allied Insurance Brokers Limited in 2010 in the capacity of Accounts Receivable Associate. She has moved through the company supporting the business as Coverholder: Technical Associate, Technical Officer, Senior Binding Authority Underwriter & Assistant Manager Underwriting. Tamika is well-versed in the General Liability, Medical Malpractice, Personal Accident, Directors and Officers Liability and Professional Indemnity classes of business. She has had specific responsibility for Compliance, all aspects of reporting and management of the support team for the Coverholder Department. With over 13 years of experience in the industry, Tamika now serves as Operations Manager. She enjoys sports, dance and music in her spare time. Tamika holds a BA. in Psychology and Spanish with a minor in African American Studies, Cert, CII designation from the Chartered Insurance Institute of London
and is actively pursuing the Associateship Degree.
